FREE SHIPPING WOHOO!

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days, and take approximately 10-21 days to be delivered.

 At most, including delays or any issues with the courier it will take 30 days.

*This doesn’t include our 2-5 day processing time.

*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays

You will receive a shipping confirmation email which will contain your order’s tracking information. You can input the tracking number on our tracking page here.

Please allow 2 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order.

Yes, changes can be made if your order hasn't been processed by the warehouse. Please contact us as soon as you can with your request, and we'll do our best to accommodate it. However, we cannot guarantee changes, as the warehouse processes orders as quickly as possible.

At present our products are shipped from a warehouse in China. Shipping with a partner in China has allowed us to bring a number of benefits to our customers including faster restocking and also international shipping.
